After the cancellation of Katy Perry's October 3rd concert in Manila, Philippines, due to the consequences of the tropical storm known as Ondoy or Katsana, it is being reported that the singer of "Waking Up in Vegas" will now perform at a fundraising concert for the victims along with American Idol runner up and current teen pop star David Archuleta.

Other reports set the tentative concert date at October 17th, and inform that the raised funds would go to the Red Cross in order to help the victims of the natural tragedy.
